3 Slieves 2 Chairs and a Cairn
Start Forest Office ,Fiddlers green , old path towards Cloughmore , bear right at top crossing cycle tracks towards Ballynagelty , rest at the chair for a while then head for Slieve meen and on towards that old favourite Slieve Martin . Then Head for the mast but dont cross the style , stay inside the fence and bear left . Follow the fence to corner and then turn left , follow fence to next corner and then go right , trail gets a bit rough here but eventually you will cross a fence and come out onto the bicycle tracks . bear right for about 200 yds and you will see a grassy opening on the left , follow trail down here and you will find your second resting point .
then its down rough forest road to bridge , turn right here and follow road till y junction , hard left down the hill and home . About 10K .It took me 2 hours but Teresa Parr will probably have it done while the kettles boiling! .
